Correct Food Systems then developed a HACCP food safety program for the business, assisted with implementation, conducted HACCP training, conducted an internal audit, and conducted the first HACCP certification audit. Success! Oceana International is now a HACCP certified business for distribution of packaged confectionery products to retailers.
