Food Safety Culture Development
Certification schemes and authorities are now recognising that systems and documented do not guarantee food safety.
There is increasing recognition that the beliefs, values, informal systems and behaviours of everyone in a business impacts on the success of a documented formal food safety system. Unsafe behaviour, and a lack of commitment to safety risks your businesses producing unsafe food.
