COVID Health and Safety Policy
The contraction of COVID-19 poses a significant health risks to all of our consultant/ auditors and those with whom they deal in the course of their work.
For this reason Correct Food Systems aim to meet our mutual work health and safety obligations is to ensure that all of our employees/ consultants, and the workers of our clients with whom they come into contact, are fully vaccinated.
"Full vaccination status" will be applied as per government guidance and may change as the pandemic conditions change and booster shots are mandated (as applicable).
From January 2022, Correct Food Systems will be requiring all consultants/ auditors to be fully vaccinated ( currently 2 doses of a COVID vaccine)
In turn we will require those that they will be in close contact whilst conducting work in the client workplace to be fully vaccinated. This includes staff who may be hosting, assisting CFS consultants and auditors on site visits, site inspections, audits, training or other consultancy service.
CFS consultants and auditors will follow the COVID safety measures at any client site as directed. This may be other safety measures such as social distancing, wearing of masks, QR check ins, temperature testing, visitor registrations and presentation of vaccination status.
CFS consultants and auditors will not attend any client site if feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID illness.
We operate our CFS office and workplace in a COVID safe manner, and implement our registered COVID safety plan.
Should client employees not be fully vaccinated, clients shall disclose the risk prior to CFS consultant/ auditors attending on site and alternative arrangements will be made such as a remote audit or meeting using online meeting applications and other such technology.
Should client prefer to mitigate the risk of meeting on site and possible close contact, the client and consultant/ auditor can discuss COVID safe options and alternative strategies for conducting the work.
